Titan is a new modular company established in January 2024. By drawing on the industry experience of its directors and the design talents of architects and specialist engineers, Titan has developed a rapid-build, scalable and competitively priced modular system which meets the stringent requirements of the Passive House Standard for energy efficiency, quality and sustainability. 

 

 The system itself can be adapted to fit specific site constraints and different dimension requirements enabling tailor-made units to be constructed rapidly and at volume, helping to meet the challenge facing the UK's housing market.
